Sean Kindlesparger | Owner

Sean Kindlesparger, the founder of Kindlesparger Construction, has been building residential homes for more than 25 years. Starting Kindlesparger Construction in the early 2000s, Sean has played a key role in building residential communities through the state, developing a deep understanding of residential construction from the ground up. Over the years, his work has evolved into a specialty in high-end custom home building, where attention to detail, craftsmanship, and client collaboration are paramount. Sean’s experience and leadership set the standard for quality and precision across every project the company delivers.

Hunter Kindlesparger | Owner

Hunter Kindlesparger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Kansas State University and brings extensive large-scale commercial construction experience to Kindlesparger Construction. Following graduation, Hunter worked for large commercial contractor as a Superintendent, managing complex projects ranging from $20 million to $200 million in value. In September 2024, Hunter partnered with Kindlesparger Construction and has since been focused on expanding the company’s commercial project portfolio, applying disciplined project management and field leadership to support continued growth.
